Working out of Plot No. 71 in Jhajharia Market keeps us pretty busy most days. India Supplies & Exports Co. (P) Ltd. has been tucked away here for some time now. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but that’s just how the market is. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of supplies and figuring out where things need to go. There’s always a crate moving or someone checking a list. It isn't a quiet office by any means. You can hear the noise from the market outside all day long. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is always another export detail to double-check. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks and storage space. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guys pretty well. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a functional space where we get our work done. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and we have to spend a Saturday catching up. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on making sure the shipments are handled.
