Kwality Exports International

Kwality Exports International is based at No. 40/100 on Hospital Road. The name sounds bigger than we actually are, but we do handle quite a bit of international work from this small office. It’s an old part of town and the traffic on Hospital Road is almost always a nightmare, but we’ve made it our home. We have a few rooms filled with computers and filing cabinets that are bursting at the seams. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. Our daily life involves a lot of coordinating between different suppliers and people overseas. There’s a lot of waiting for time zones to align so we can finally get an answer on a shipment. We don't pretend to be some high-tech firm. We use what we have and we work hard to keep our commitments. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do things the old-fashioned way for a few hours. No one wears a tie here unless there is a very specific reason for it. We are just a group of people trying to earn a living by moving goods across borders. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve gotten good at it over the years. We don't have much to say about ourselves other than we show up every day and do the work. It’s not always pretty and the office gets dusty with all the traffic outside, but it is what it is. We’ll probably be here for many more years.
