Hero Mind Mine

We are located at 86/300 on G T Road in the Anwarganj area of Kanpur. If you know the Anwarganj Station, we are directly opposite it. This means we hear the trains quite a lot throughout the day, which is just something you get used to after working here for a while. The G T Road is always packed with trucks and rickshaws, so it is a very busy part of town. Our office is where we do various types of training and skill development for those who come by. It is a functional space with several rooms for different sessions. We have desks, chairs, and some equipment for the people who come here. It is not a polished corporate center; it is a working building that sees a lot of use every day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't stop the work from getting done. We are usually here from early morning until late evening. The staff is local and we know the area well. Sometimes we go out to the small shops nearby to get some snacks or a quick drink when things get quiet. It is a straightforward place. We focus on the training and don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s about the people who come in and the things they learn while they are here. Most of us have been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise from the station anymore. It is just another day at the office for us.
