The clinic is basically a converted apartment space, so it feels a bit like a home. It’s not a cold, sterile environment. We have some chairs in the waiting area and a few small rooms for the testing. Swaroop Nagar is a nice neighborhood and we’ve gotten to know the people living around here pretty well. Sometimes the kids come in for speech help, and other times it is older folks who can't hear the TV so well anymore. We just take it one person at a time. There’s no big corporate office behind us, it’s just our small team. We have been in Krishna Apartments for quite a bit now. People usually find us by looking for the apartment number.
