Homera is our little place at No. 12/56 Gwaltoly. It is a narrow building and we have to be careful how we stack everything so people can actually walk through. Gwaltoly is a busy neighborhood with a lot of history, and we have been part of it for some time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we have been too busy to get around to it. Most days involve opening up the shutters and seeing what needs to be sorted. We get a mix of people coming in, some just looking and some who know exactly what they want. It gets a bit dark in the back of the shop, so we have a few extra lamps plugged in. We don't have a big computer system; we still write a lot of things down in a ledger. It feels more reliable that way. The street outside is always noisy with bikes and people shouting, but inside it is mostly just the sound of us moving things around. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Homera is just the name on the door. We live nearby, so it is a short walk for us to get here in the morning. We usually have the radio playing in the background, mostly just for some noise. It is a simple life and a simple shop. We take things as they come and don't worry too much about the rest.
