Gupta Gadda Samrat

Gupta Gadda Samrat is what people call us, and we are based at Home No. 438 on Panki Road in Kalyanpur. This is where we do all our work with mattresses and bedding. The house stays pretty full of materials like cotton and different fabrics that we use to fill the gaddas. Panki Road is a very loud and busy place with trucks and bikes going by all the time, so there is always some noise coming in from the street. We work right out of the home, which makes things practical for us even if the space gets a little tight sometimes. When you have ten or twelve mattresses stacked up, it’s hard to move around, but we are used to it by now. People from all over Kalyanpur come by to ask about having things made or fixed. We don't have a big fancy sign or a shiny showroom. It is just us in the front room or out in the back working on the floor. In the evenings, the light on Panki Road changes and it gets a bit cooler, which is when we do most of our heavy stitching. We have some old sewing machines and plenty of hand tools scattered around the work area. It is just a small local business trying to get the jobs finished on time. We don't overcomplicate things here.
