We are based at 117/H, 2/202 in Pandu Nagar, which is where Ghari Industries Pvt. Ltd. has been for quite some time. The building is an older one, tucked away in a spot that isn't always easy to find if you aren't from around here. We have a small team of people who have been with us through all sorts of ups and downs. The workspace is a bit cramped because we have a lot of stuff stored in every corner, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We eat lunch together and talk about our families or the weather. The work itself involves a lot of routine, which suits us just fine. We keep the paperwork in stacks on the desks and use old-fashioned calendars to mark the deadlines. It's a very practical way of living. Pandu Nagar is a lively place, so there's always something happening outside the windows. We try to keep our heads down and stay busy with the production side of things. There’s no big marketing department here; it’s just the owners and the workers doing the same things every day. We make sure the work is decent and the customers aren't left waiting. It's a simple life, and we don't feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it actually is. We just come in, do the job, and go home to our lives.
