Friends Hospital Equipments

Our place is located at 120/611-A in Lajpat Nagar. We have been here for a while, dealing with various kinds of hospital equipment. It’s a bit of a warehouse and office combined. We have boxes stacked up with all sorts of things that hospitals and clinics might need. From beds to smaller medical tools, we try to keep a decent stock of things. Lajpat Nagar is a very busy market area, so there is always noise and movement outside our door. Loading and unloading the trucks can be a bit of a chore because the lanes are narrow, but we’ve gotten good at it over the years. The staff here is small, and we all do a bit of everything—taking orders, checking the inventory, and helping customers who walk in. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a working space where things move in and out every day. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and making sure we get the right parts for people. Sometimes things get dusty because of all the boxes, but we try to keep it organized. We aren't a big corporation; we are just a local business trying to provide the gear that healthcare workers need. Most of our customers are repeat buyers who know exactly where to find us in the maze of Lajpat Nagar. We just open up in the morning and get to work on the orders, making sure everything is ready for the day’s deliveries.
