Even though the name says New Delhi, we are actually operating out of Kanpur. Our address is N.T.-3Rd/53 in the Armapur Estate area. The pincode here is 208009. It’s an industrial sort of place, which suits the kind of work we do at Electrogains. The building is functional. We aren't here to win any design awards; we are here to get the work done. The estate can be a bit dusty and busy with trucks, but that’s just part of the environment. Inside, it's a mix of office work and some storage. We keep track of everything on the computers and in some old-fashioned ledgers too. We have a small group of people who have been with us for years. They know the ropes. Communication can be a bit slow sometimes if the phone lines act up, but we usually manage to stay in touch with everyone. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or things like that. Most people who deal with us know what we are about. We just take the orders, process them, and make sure everything is where it needs to be. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. Kanpur has been our base for a while and we’ve gotten used to the way things work around here. It’s a decent place for a business like ours. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
