Durga Boutique

Durga Boutique is located at House No. 120/416 in Lajpat Nagar. We are right near the Kanpur Medical Center, which is usually the best landmark if you’re looking for our place. The shop is usually full of different fabrics, threads, and half-finished projects. We spend our days measuring, cutting, and sewing. It’s not a big factory or anything, just a local boutique where we know many of our customers by their names. Sometimes the sewing machines get a bit loud when we are in a rush, but it’s a good sound to us. We deal with a lot of different requests every week. Some people want something simple fixed and others have a whole complicated outfit in mind. We try to be honest about what we can actually do and how long it will take us to finish. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights and mirrors. It’s mostly just a workspace for us. It’s been this way for a while now and we like it. Lajpat Nagar is a busy place, and being near the medical center means there are always people passing by. We like the bustle of the street outside. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who really know how to handle a needle and thread. It’s practical work that helps people with their clothes. We don't promise things we can't do. We just do the sewing and hope for the best.
