Our place is at 38/63 in Khas Bazar, right in the Shivala area. It’s an old part of the city, and the streets are narrow. We’ve been running Drugs & Chemical Agencies from this spot for a long time. It’s a bit of a squeeze getting things delivered because of the traffic in the bazaar. We deal with all sorts of chemicals and medical supplies. The building has high ceilings and stays cool even when it’s hot outside. We spend most of our time organizing boxes and keeping track of what’s coming in. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and checking labels. We aren’t interested in being a huge, nameless company. Most of our regular customers are people we’ve known for years. They come in, we have some tea, and we talk about what they need. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, even though we stay busy. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit behind, but we always catch up. It’s just how things go in a place like this. Shivala is a vibrant neighborhood, and we like being right in the middle of the market. There’s always something happening outside the door. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. It’s simple, steady work. It's what we know best after all these years in the trade.
