Gupta Soap Grih Udyog

We've been here in Dada Nagar for a while now. Our place is tucked right behind the State Bank of India, at 179-B. It's a busy spot but we like it. Gupta Soap Grih Udyog started small and it stays pretty much that way. Making soap is what we do every day. We don't have fancy machines for everything. A lot of it is just hands-on work in the workshop. Sometimes the smell of the ingredients gets quite strong, especially when the weather is hot. People find us by looking for the bank first since the lane can be easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. We mostly deal with folks who know us from around here. It isn't a huge factory, just a home-style industry really. My family and a few others keep things running. We go through a lot of oils and different lye mixes to get the bars right. Dada Nagar has a lot of noise, but inside the shop, we just focus on the cutting and wrapping. It's regular work. Nothing too exciting happens, but we keep the supplies moving. Most days involve checking the batches and making sure nothing went wrong with the setting process. If you walk past the bank, you’ll probably see us hauling crates or moving stuff around. We just try to keep the quality steady without making a big fuss about it. It's just soap, after all. We usually finish up by six.
