Poonam Industries

We are set up at No. 127-B in Dada Nagar. This area is mostly factories and workshops, so it is a loud and busy place to be every day. Poonam Industries has been operating out of this unit for quite a while. We do a lot of the basic manufacturing work that keeps other businesses going. The floor is usually covered in scrap metal or shavings, and there is always the sound of machines humming in the background. It is not a place for people who like to keep their clothes clean. We have a small group of guys who have been with us for years. They know the machines inside and out. We do not have a big front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you will probably find us on the shop floor actually making things. We get our orders, we set the machines, and we get to work. It is honest labor and it keeps us occupied. Some days the heat in the shed gets to be a lot, especially in the middle of summer, but we just take our breaks and get back to it. We do not worry about being fancy. As long as the parts we make are right and they get delivered on time, we are happy. Dada Nagar is a tough area but it is where the work happens. We fit in just fine here and plan to stay as long as the orders keep coming in.
