Chandra Helicon Pumps is set up at H-68 in the Panki Industrial Area, specifically Site No. 1. Panki is a big place with lots of factories, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We make pumps. Our shop floor is usually full of parts, tools, and metal pieces. It’s a noisy environment with all the assembly work going on. We don’t have a polished showroom. If you come to see us, you’ll see people in work clothes getting their hands dirty. We put these pumps together one by one. It’s technical work but we try to keep things simple. We don't have a lot of office staff; most of us are out on the floor. We’ve seen different types of pumps come and go, but the basic way we build them stays the same. We focus on getting the parts to fit right so the pump actually works when it gets to the customer. Sometimes we run into delays with materials or parts, but we just work through it. We aren't some giant corporation with fancy slogans. We're just a group of people in Panki making pumps that do their job day in and day out. It's a steady, honest way to make a living, and we've been here for many years now.
