Cawnpores A A Travel Wings Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of Kanpur at Office No-3 in the Shyam Sunder Building. The address is 24/18, The Mall, right in the Chowk area. If you know the city, you know that being opposite the LIC Building means there is always something going on outside. The noise from the street comes right up to the windows, but we are used to it by now. We spend our mornings opening up the office and getting the systems running. It’s a small space but it works for what we do. People come in from the Mall to ask about tickets or just to see what the rates are like. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us sitting at our desks, answering the phone and typing away. Kanpur is a busy place and this part of town is probably one of the busiest. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of working here. We have all the usual office stuff like old files and half-empty tea cups. It’s a very grounded way to work. We’ve been here at the Shyam Sunder Building for quite some time now, so we know the other shop owners around the Chowk. It’s a local operation, nothing more and nothing less.
