You can find us at 26/81 in Karachi Khana, just off Birhana Road. It’s an old part of the city, and the streets are quite narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache. Bisheshwar Nath Mool Chand Jain has been operating from this same spot for a long time. The building is old, with high ceilings and heavy wooden doors that have seen better days. Inside, it’s a maze of shelves and ledgers. We don't really do much in terms of decorating; the focus is entirely on the inventory and getting the orders out to the customers. It’s a loud area with vendors calling out and scooters constantly zipping past the front door. We usually have tea delivered from the stall around the corner a couple of times a day. Most of our work is based on long-standing relationships with people who have been coming to Karachi Khana for decades. We aren't interested in flashy signs or modern glass fronts. We prefer keeping things the way they’ve always been because it works. Sometimes the logistics of moving goods through these tight lanes is a challenge, especially when it rains and the streets get muddy. But we’ve lived through many seasons here and know how to handle it. It's just a regular, hard-working place in a very busy part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work.
