Bhargava Ajay & Associates

We are based out of Swaroop Nagar in Kanpur. The office is in Harbans Apartment, specifically Flat 1-B on the 113/25 A plot. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a sterile office building. Bhargava Ajay & Associates has been helping out with taxes and audits for a long time. Kanpur is a town with a lot of history, and Swaroop Nagar is a busy part of it. We spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and physical files. It isn't the most exciting work, but it's necessary for the shop owners and professionals in the area. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and a lot of shelving for all the documentation. People usually call before they come over because the parking around Harbans Apartment can be a bit of a gamble. Ajay and the rest of the team are usually around from morning until evening. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising or anything. Most of our clients have been with us for years. We handle the paperwork so they don’t have to worry about it. It’s a practical setup. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep up with all the changes the tax department makes every year. It’s a lot to keep track of, but that’s what we do here. You will find us sitting amongst stacks of paper. It might look a bit chaotic, but we know where everything is.
