Shalimar Impex

We’ve been here on Kallumali Street for a while now. The building at 95/61-1 isn't fancy, but it gets the job done for Shalimar Impex. Mostly, we just focus on getting things shipped out and keeping track of what comes in. Beconganj is a busy area, so there's always noise outside and people moving around. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and we have to spend the whole day just sorting through files. It’s a small operation here. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and others who deal with the phone calls. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably see us just working away in the back or loading up a truck. The weather gets hot in the summer, and the fans just move the air around, but we keep going. It’s just how it is. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and we all sort of look out for each other on this street. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls, just a regular place where we do our business every day. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up or organize the shelves. We just try to stay busy and make sure the orders go where they’re supposed to go without too much fuss. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here in this part of town.
