Baba Optical

You can find Baba Optical right at the K Block Main Chauraha in Kidwai Nagar. We are situated very close to the R.B.I. Colony, which is a major landmark around here. Being on the main crossroads means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise from the cars and rickshaws going by. It’s a lively spot to be in. The shop itself is not very large, but we’ve filled it with everything we need to help people with their glasses and eyes. We have been here in Kidwai Nagar for a while now, and we see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. It feels like a real part of the community. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside when a few families come in at once, but we just manage it as best as we can. The shelves are lined with frames and there’s always a bit of cleaning to do because of the dust from the road. We don't have any corporate training or anything like that; we just talk to people and help them out. The lights in the shop are bright to help with the work. It’s a simple life here, just opening up in the morning and closing up when it gets dark. We like being near the colony because it's a good residential area for families. It’s a busy intersection but we’ve gotten used to the constant horn honking. We just do our best every day.
