ATUL Designs & Construction is a small team that has been working in this part of Kanpur for a long time. We do a lot of the actual building work, not just the drawing part. You will usually find us on-site with dust on our clothes rather than sitting in a clean office all day. We handle things like brickwork, roofing, and making sure the plumbing makes sense for the house. Designing a home for us is about making it sturdy and comfortable for the people living there. We don't use complicated words or try to sell anyone on things they don't need. Usually, it is just a conversation about how many rooms you need and what your budget looks like. Kanpur has its own way of doing things, and we have learned how to manage the local labor and the materials available here.
