Our factory is located at C-11 in Udyog Ganj, over in the Panki Site-5 area of Dada Nagar. Kanpur is a big industrial city, and we fit right into this part of it. Anand Roto Pack has been operating here for years. We focus on flexible packaging, which involves a lot of big machines and rolls of plastic and foil. It’s a busy environment. The machines run almost constantly, and there’s always the smell of solvents and ink in the air. We aren't a high-tech office in a glass building. We are a factory through and through. Our floors are concrete and our workers know exactly how to handle the material so it doesn't tear or wrinkle. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy brochures. We just talk to the companies that need their products wrapped and we figure out the technical side. Panki is a rough-and-ready industrial zone, and we like it that way. It’s where the real work happens. Sometimes the logistics of getting trucks in and out of Dada Nagar can be a pain, but we manage. We’ve been through many seasons here, from the dusty summers to the monsoon rains. We just keep the rollers turning and make sure the packaging comes out right. It’s simple, honest manufacturing work and it keeps us all busy from morning until the shift ends.
