4Caretruly Blessed Foundation is based out of a house at A No.40, H N. 25A in Safipur Iindherjinder Nagar, Chakeri, Kanpur. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you’re in the neighborhood, it’s not hard to find us. We’ve been here for a while now. The team is small, mostly just local people from Kanpur who wanted to contribute something back to the community. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It's just us sitting around a table making decisions together. The office feels more like a home than a workplace, which we actually prefer. It makes the day go by a bit faster when you’re comfortable. We handle various tasks throughout the week, and no two days are really the same. Sometimes we're out and about in Chakeri, and other times we’re stuck inside doing the necessary paperwork. We aren't here to win any awards or get our names in the paper. We just like the feeling of finishing a day’s work and knowing we did what we were supposed to do. There’s no secret to how we operate. We just show up and put in the effort. If things get a bit disorganized, we just tidy up and start again. It’s a very practical way of living. We’re just regular people trying to be useful in our own small way without any complicated plans.
