Our office for Zedeq Infrastructure Private Limited is tucked away in Hemant Vihar, right in the Barra area of Kanpur. If you know Kanpur, you know these residential neighborhoods can get pretty crowded, but we like being right here among the local community. The office at ME 347 is where we handle all the management for our various infrastructure jobs. It is not a big glass building with a lobby; it’s just a simple place where we get our work done. Most of what we do involves a lot of movement—trucks coming in, laborers getting organized, and making sure materials are where they should be. Infrastructure is tough work and it usually involves a lot of mud and sweat, so we don't worry much about having a perfect office. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We know the streets around here and the local suppliers who help us out. Usually, the desk is covered in site maps and receipts that need sorting. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a sales team. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to finish them on time. It is a straightforward business run by regular people who understand how things work on the ground in Kanpur. It might be loud and chaotic sometimes, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
