Kanpur is a busy place and we have been working out of our office at Arazi No. 390 in Shivpuri for a while now. It is located right near the Chapera Pulia area. Ysys Builders And Developers Private Limited isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of people. It is just a small group of us trying to get building work done. Our mornings usually start with a cup of tea and a look at what the crews are doing on the different sites. Building things in Kanpur can be pretty tough because of the narrow roads and the way traffic moves, but we make it work. We don't have any fancy brochures or big marketing plans. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or heard about us from a neighbor. The office is mostly just a place to keep the blueprints and handle the payroll. We spend more time on our feet than sitting down. Development work takes a lot of patience, especially when you are waiting for a truck of bricks to show up in the heat. We just focus on getting the walls up and making sure everything is level. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we work Sundays too if a project is behind. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build. It’s what we know and how we spend our days.
