Yashi Developers Private Limited

You can find us over at H.No. 19 in the MIG Block. It's in Phase 3, Yojana 2, Barra 6. It’s a pretty quiet spot for an office, which is nice because it gets loud enough on the construction sites. Yashi Developers Private Limited started out small and we’ve mostly stayed that way. We do a lot of residential stuff around here. It’s mostly just making sure the walls are straight and the plumbing works like it should. We aren't big on fancy meetings or wearing suits to work. Usually, we’re just in jeans, looking over some blueprints or talking to the laborers about the day's tasks. Sometimes the supply trucks are late and we have to scramble to find materials elsewhere in the city. That's just how it goes in this business. My desk is usually covered in receipts and half-empty tea cups. We know most of the people on this block. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us arguing over a measurement or just checking the mail. We don't do much advertising. People just know we're here if they need something built or checked out. It’s a lot of manual coordination. We’ve had some long days where the sun is just beating down, but we stay until the job is finished. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels good to see a house actually stand up after weeks of work. Just a local outfit trying to keep busy.
