Worldmap Realtors is over at Eldeco Garden Estate, specifically at 86/245 Raipurwa on the first floor. We are right there by the Stfc Club Estate in Kanpur 208003. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but the office has a good view of the street. Kanpur is a crowded city and finding a good spot can be a real headache for people. We started this business because we felt we could help make that a bit easier. We spend our time looking at maps and visiting different plots across the city. The office is pretty simple, just some chairs, a big desk, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We do not do anything flashy. Most of our clients are just regular people looking for a place for their family or a small shop space. We know the Raipurwa area quite well since we spend so much time here. The traffic downstairs can be quite something during the peak hours, but we are used to the noise by now. We take our work seriously but we do not act like we are some big corporation. We are just local guys who know the real estate market in Kanpur. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult paperwork or long waits at the government offices, but that is part of the job. We just keep at it every day.
