Wellnesshome Builders Private Limited is a small company. Our office is at 39, F/6 in Rafat Pura. It is not a very big space, mainly just a spot to keep our tools and the paperwork. Most days the office is empty because everyone is out on the building sites. Building homes takes a lot of effort and keeps us busy from morning until night. There is no marketing department here. Instead, we just let the houses we build speak for themselves. Rafat Pura has been our home base for quite a while now. Knowing the local area helps us get things done without too much trouble. Of course, getting materials delivered on time can be a challenge, but that is just part of the job. You will not hear us using big corporate words to explain what we do. At the end of the day, we are just builders. The desk at F/6 is where the planning happens and where the bills get paid. It stays a bit cluttered with blueprints and coffee mugs. We are a small team trying to do honest work in the construction trade. If you stop by, you might see us going over some plans or talking to a contractor. A mission statement is not something we have ever needed. We just focus on finishing the houses we start and moving on to the next one.
