Vogum Fashions Private Limited

Started out here at 94B Canal Cantt on Mall Road in Kanpur. It is a busy area, lots of noise outside but we just keep our heads down and get on with the clothes. The building itself is okay, nothing special, but it works for us. Most days it’s just the usual routine of checking what needs to be sent out and making sure the fabric is right. Kanpur weather gets really hot so we have the fans going all the time. Sometimes the traffic on Mall Road makes it hard for the delivery trucks to get in, but we manage. We aren’t a big operation, just Vogum Fashions Private Limited, and we like it that way because we can see everything that’s happening. People ask what we do exactly, and well, we just handle the fashion side of things. It's a lot of boxes and looking at samples most of the afternoon. We have tea around four and then finish up whatever is left on the desks. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular place where people come to work.
