Vindhyachal Propmart Private Limited

We have two shops, number 3 and 4, in the Avas Vikas No1 area of Adarsh Enclave. It's in Keshavpuram, Kalyanpur. Having two shops gives us a bit more room for all the files we have to keep. Vindhyachal Propmart Private Limited is basically just a local office for property things. We spend a lot of time in Kalyanpur, talking to the people who live around here. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old desks and a water cooler that's always running. Most people in Adarsh Enclave know where we are. We don't do any big advertising. We just put a sign out front and wait. Some days are very slow, and we just sit and drink tea and talk about the local news. Other days, four or five people come in at once wanting to see different plots. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If someone wants to look at a place, we take them. If they don't like it, that's fine too. Property work involves a lot of waiting for papers to get signed and stamped. We do that part so the owners don't have to worry as much. It's a steady life here in Keshavpuram. We've seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit since we first opened Shop 3 and 4. We keep our doors open for anyone who needs to discuss property prices or local land availability without needing a formal appointment.
