Down at 69 B, Sai Puram, on Panki Road in Kalyanpur, you’ll find our little office. We handle the financial side of things for people in this part of town. It’s Vedantaa Urban Nidhi Limited on the registration, but mostly people just know us as the guys on Panki Road. The building is pretty standard for Sai Puram. We keep the space clean, though the desk usually has piles of folders on it. It’s part of the job when you deal with numbers and savings. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy lobby. It is just a room where we get things done. Most of the people who come in are from just a few streets away. We like that. It makes the day go by faster when you can have a real conversation with someone while you’re processing their papers. Kalyanpur is a decent place to be based. There’s always something going on outside, but inside we keep it focused. We spend a lot of time checking and double-checking the figures. Mistakes are annoying, so we try to avoid them by taking our time. It’s not a fast-paced environment, and we don't pretend it is. We just want to make sure everyone’s accounts are handled right.
