T.Z. Buildwell Private Limited

We've been working out of our office at Om Purwa in Jajmau for a while now. It's just a regular house, number 475, where we handle the building stuff. Kanpur is a busy place, and being in Jajmau keeps us right in the middle of things. Most days are spent looking at site plans or talking to workers who come by. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up. If you walk past, you might see us coming and going with boots on. This is where T.Z. Buildwell gets its work done. We deal with the local sites around the city. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when it rains too much in Kanpur, but we just keep at it. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure materials arrive and the labor shows up on time. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood because it’s where we know people. We handle the day-to-day tasks of construction without much fuss. It isn't always easy, and there’s always something breaking, but that's how this business goes. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us right now. People around here know where to find us if they need to talk about a job. We don’t spend much time on computers unless we have to. It's just a simple operation run by people who know the local area well. We don't have a marketing team, just builders.
