So we are based out of FN-4/101 in the Yamni Enclave area. It is right there in Juhi Kalan. TUGELA DEVELOPERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED started because we saw how much work needed to be done around this part of town. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the files and meet folks who need things built. We spend a lot of time looking at the plot PN-102-W-2 and figuring out the next steps for the projects we have going on. It can get pretty loud around here with all the activity, but that is just how it is in this business. Most days you will find us checking on materials or talking to the workers. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to make sure the jobs get finished. Sometimes the weather slows us down or a delivery is late, but we just keep pushing through. People in Juhi Kalan know where to find us if they have questions about the development work happening in the enclave. It’s a lot of long hours and dusty boots, but seeing a building actually come together makes it feel like we are doing something useful. We keep things pretty simple here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one that stays busy right here in our own neighborhood. If you walk past the enclave, you’ll likely see some of our stuff happening.
