We handle a lot of things related to agricultural gains and coordinating with farmers and suppliers across the region. It is a lot of desk work, but we also spend time out and about. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many files and samples lying around everywhere. We don't have any formal dress codes or corporate rituals. It is more about getting the tasks done and making sure our partners are happy with the results. Pashupati Nagar is a good spot for us because it is central and easy for people to find once they get used to the traffic. We have a few desks and a very old computer that still works perfectly fine for what we need. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of coordination to do, especially during the harvest seasons. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We are just a small team in Kanpur doing what we know how to do. Most days are long, but we just take them one at a time and keep going.
