It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it’s usually pretty quiet around the office. We like that because it lets us focus on what we are doing. House No. A19 isn't hard to find if you’re familiar with the streets around Harsh Nagar. We’ve been here at Transient Capital Management Llp for some time now. The office itself is just a few rooms where we’ve set up our equipment. It feels more like a home than a sterile workplace, which is how we like it. We aren't big on formal meetings or wearing suits every day. Most of the time, we’re just in our regular clothes, sitting at our desks and getting through the tasks. Madhav Nagar is a nice neighborhood. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market most mornings. It makes the workday feel a bit more grounded.
