We are located on Birhana Road, specifically at 24/54. If you know Kanpur, you know Birhana Road is one of those places that’s always crowded. Tewari Sweets And Snacks Llp has been a part of this scene for some time. We deal with all sorts of traditional sweets and different snacks. It’s the kind of place where there’s always a smell of frying or sugar in the air. The shop itself is a bit old-fashioned, but that’s just how we like it. We aren't trying to be one of those modern, shiny cafes. We just focus on getting the snacks ready for the morning rush. Most of our day is spent behind the counter or back in the prep area. It gets really hot back there, especially in the summer. 208001 is a busy pin code to work in. There’s always traffic outside and people walking by. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the way we work stays mostly the same. We don’t have any big corporate plans. We just want to make sure the batches come out right every day. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, and people get a bit annoyed, but we do what we can. It’s a simple life running a sweet shop in Kanpur. We just take it one day at a time and keep the ovens going.
