It’s not the quietest place to work because there’s always something moving or some machine running in the background. We have a small team and everyone knows their job pretty well by now. Swaroop Nagar is a decent area, though finding parking near the gate is always a struggle for us and anyone coming to visit. We spend most of our mornings checking the inventory and making sure the machines are ready for the day's work. It gets dusty and loud, but that is just how things go in this line of work. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant, just a local business keeping things running. Sometimes we have tea breaks outside on the step and talk about the local news or whatever is happening in the market. The paperwork usually piles up on the corner desk, but we get through it eventually. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people who know us just come by the office or give us a call when they need something done. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here, and it works for what we need. We've been in this spot for a bit and know the neighbors pretty well. We like the way things are around here.
