Our place, Tears Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, is tucked away in Yashoda Nagar. Specifically, we are at 8-A, Kunj Vihar, which is near Kidwai Nagar in Kanpur. Kanpur is a crowded city, so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a headache with all the rickshaws and dust. We’ve got a small setup here. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and some storage space for what we handle. We don't really do the big corporate meetings or anything like that. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting around talking about what needs to be shipped out by the evening. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a sturdy spot in a residential-looking area. We know the tea seller down the street pretty well because we’re always ordering snacks to get through the day. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, except when there’s a wedding or some festival nearby. We try to keep things simple. People ask why the name is what it is, but we don't really have a deep story for it. We just registered it and started working. Working in Kanpur means dealing with the noise, but we are used to it by now. The office stays busy until late, then we lock up and head home like everyone else. We just do the work that is in front of us.
