Our place is in a part of town that has been central to business for a long time. We aren't fancy people, and our office reflects that. It is a practical space where we get things done. We deal with the 'udyog' or industrial side of things, and there is always something that needs fixing or moving. The roads around Patel Nagar can be a bit bumpy, and the traffic is usually quite heavy with motorcycles and rickshaws, but we’ve been here long enough that we don't really notice it anymore. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together for a while, so we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. Usually, the morning starts with a quick tea and a look at the day's list. We have piles of registers and files because we still like to keep track of things on paper when we can. It’s a bit dusty because of all the activity in the area, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone in Kanpur. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations.
