You have to head down Subhash Marg to find us. We’re at 206/41/1, specifically at Godown No K 8 in the Agha Meer Deohri area. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re not from around here. Being in a godown means we have plenty of space for materials, but the office part is a bit cramped and full of dust. Srrm Developers Llp is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of the heavy lifting that comes with developing local sites. There is always noise outside from the market and the delivery trucks. It’s a very busy part of the city. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and making sure the guys have what they need for the day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit there in the dark for an hour, but we just use that time to grab some food. We aren't some big corporate entity with a polished image. We have dirt on our boots and probably some grease on the paperwork. That’s just the nature of working near a godown on Subhash Marg. We know all the shortcuts through the alleys to get to our projects faster. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of arguing to get things done on time. We’ve been at this for a while and we don’t plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a rough and tumble business, but we like it that way.
