Our place is right on G.T. Road in the Chakeri area. If you know Kanpur, you know how that road gets. We are set up at Arazi No-94, which isn't hard to find once you’re in that part of town. Southcity Hospital And Trauma Centre Llp has been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a bit of a hectic environment because of the trauma side of things, but that’s just the nature of the work on a major road like this. We have a mix of people working here, from long-timers to some newer faces. It’s not one of those shiny buildings you see in magazines, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time dealing with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's just the sound of the traffic outside. We don't really do big speeches or fancy brochures. People usually come to us because they’re in the neighborhood or they’ve seen the sign while driving down G.T. Road. It can be a tough job sometimes, but we all just show up and get on with it. We’ve had to fix up parts of the building over the years to keep things functional. It's a local operation, plain and simple. We’re just here in Kanpur doing the daily work that needs doing. We try to keep the coffee pot full and the front desk manned at all hours of the day.
