Our office and small warehouse are over at 127/370 W-1 Saket Nagar. We’ve been working with chemicals for a good while now. It’s not the kind of thing most people think about, but so many industries need these supplies to keep running. We spend our time managing orders and making sure everything is labeled right. Safety is a big deal for us, obviously, so we’re always double-checking the lids and the storage temps. It’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes, especially when the paperwork starts piling up on the desks. We deal with a lot of different suppliers and customers, mostly local businesses that need stuff for their manufacturing. It’s a quiet enough operation most days. We aren't some massive corporation with a skyscraper. We’re just a small team in Saket Nagar trying to get things done. Sometimes a delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow street, and we have to go out and help the driver navigate. That's always a bit of a headache. We mostly just keep our heads down and work through the list of things to do. People around here know us as the chemical folks. We don’t do much advertising; word of mouth has always been enough for us. It’s steady work, and we’re happy to be part of the local business community. The coffee's usually cold by the time we get to drink it, but that's life.
