We are over at 87/347 in Acharya Nagar. Sleevco (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a small setup, mostly just a bunch of us who have known each other for years. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it’s not strictly industrial. It feels a bit more like a community here. We do our work inside, and you wouldn't really know what we were up to from the outside. There isn't a big flashy sign or anything like that. We just have the address number on the door. Inside, it's pretty packed with supplies and whatever we are currently working on. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anything corporate. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up. That's just how we operate. It's a bit informal, maybe, but it works for us. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day and talk about the news while we handle the orders. Sometimes we get a bit behind when a machine breaks down, but we just stay a little later to catch up. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make things and send them to people who need them. It's a quiet life in Acharya Nagar, and we like it that way. Most of our neighbors are used to us being here by now, and we try not to make too much noise in the evenings when we are finishing up for the day.
