Sita Ware Housing Venture Llp is based over in Kanpur, specifically in the Udyog Nagar area. We occupy units 129 and 130 in H.I.G. Ratan Lal Nagar. It is mostly a warehouse operation where we handle a lot of different types of goods for the local market. Kanpur is a big industrial hub, so there is always something coming in or going out. We don't have a fancy corporate office. Our space is functional and built for moving pallets and stacking boxes. We spend most of our time organizing the floor space and making sure the records match what’s on the shelves. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of details. We’ve got a small team here who knows the layout of the building like the back of their hands. The address is Ratan Lal Nagar, which is pretty easy to navigate once you get into the industrial zone. We aren't interested in being the biggest warehouse in India; we just want to make sure the stuff stored here stays safe and dry. Sometimes the trucks get backed up at the loading dock, but we work through it one by one. It’s just us, the inventory, and the daily grind of logistics. We don’t use any complicated software, just clear labels and a good memory for where everything goes. If you need us, we’re usually out on the floor or in the small office by the entrance.
