Siau Foods Private Limited operates out of Room No. 14 in the Roland Complex. We are on the first floor of the Westcott Building, right there on The Mall in Kanpur. It’s a busy part of town, which makes for an interesting workday. The building is older, but it has a lot of character and suits us just fine. We do our work without making a big scene about it. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on inventory. Being in Kanpur means we are right in the middle of everything. We aren't a high-tech startup with bean bags and free snacks. It’s a traditional office where we sit at our desks and get through the pile of work. We handle food products, which means there is always something that needs attention. Sometimes the elevators in the complex are a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We’ve got a small team and we try to keep things simple. No one here uses big corporate buzzwords. We just talk like normal people. Our focus is on the day-to-day operations and making sure our clients get what they need on time. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of The Mall. It’s a good spot for a business like ours, and we plan on staying here for the long haul.
