Our office is tucked away in Swaroop Nagar at 7/118-E. It is a decent spot in Kanpur, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the busy hours. We are Shri Ram Kripa Developers Llp. We have been working out of this space for a while, dealing with the day-to-day tasks of property development. It is a lot of talking to contractors, checking on sites, and making sure the paperwork is in order at the end of the day. We don't have a huge staff or a call center. When you come in, you'll probably see one or two of us at our desks. It’s a quiet place mostly, except when we’re arguing about where the materials went. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job right. We see the same faces around the neighborhood every day, and we like it that way. If there is a problem at a site, we go there ourselves to look at it. There is no middleman or fancy software doing the work for us. It’s just us. We know how things work in Kanpur and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes. We aren't polished but we get the building work finished and that's what really matters to us.
