We spend most of our time here at the office in Keshavpuram. It is right on the third floor at GC-13, just a short walk from where the ICICI Bank is. Being in Kalyanpur means there is always something going on outside. We started this because we saw how much the local area was changing. Usually, the mornings are busy with people dropping by to ask about plots or construction work. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit much in the summer heat, but it is a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We have been here for a while now, just handling the day-to-day paperwork and talking to clients who want to build something. It is not a very big office, but it works for us. Most of our work involves checking on sites or meeting with people who live around here. Sometimes the traffic near the bank gets heavy, especially in the evenings, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks in. There is no point in complicating things when people just want clear answers about land and building projects. We mostly focus on what is right in front of us. If you are ever near the Keshavpuram market, you will probably see our sign. We are just a local group trying to do right by the neighborhood.
