Our office is tucked away at 130/235 in Bagahi, which is a busy part of Kanpur. Shivani Land Developers India Llp is what we call ourselves, but to most people around here, we are just the folks working in that building. If someone has a question, we answer it as best as we can. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re something we’re not. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, but that’s just how it is when you’re running a business like this. We appreciate the people who stop by to talk business. It’s not always glamorous, and the office could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's where we get things done. We just keep our heads down and try to stay organized through the chaos of the week.
