Shiva Infrabuildvision LLP

We've been over here at Ambedkarpuram for a while now. Shiva Infrabuildvision LLP is basically just us working out of the Nsi Campus area in Kalyanpur. It's a busy part of Kanpur Nagar. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of sites we're looking at. We spend most of our mornings talking to guys on the ground or dealing with supply stuff. Dealing with building things in Uttar Pradesh means you spend a lot of time on the phone. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the weather gets too hot to think, but we keep showing up. It isn't always pretty. Most days it's just about getting the concrete poured or making sure the measurements aren't off. We aren't a huge office with fancy coffee machines. It's mostly just chairs and tables and the sound of traffic from the main road. If you come by Avas Vikas No. 3, you'll see we are just regular people trying to get work done. We started this because we knew the area well. Kanpur is home. We don't try to act like we're from some big city firm. We just know how to handle the local paperwork and the labor issues that pop up. Every project has its own set of headaches, but that is part of it. We take the work as it comes and try to be fair about things. It's just a living for us and we're okay with that. Being in the 208017 area keeps us busy enough.
