Shiksha Star Foundation

Our office is over in Flat No. 2 at Plot No. 605. The building is called Shree Om Niwas, and it’s located in Saket Nagar. That’s here in Kanpur, with the pin code 208014. Shiksha Star Foundation is the name we use for our work. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s not as loud as the city center. We like being in Saket Nagar because it feels a bit more relaxed. The flat is just a normal living space that we’ve turned into an office. We have some desks and a few chairs for visitors. Kanpur is a big, busy city, so having this spot in Shree Om Niwas is nice. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here at Plot No. 605. We spend our days answering calls and filling out forms. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. Shiksha Star Foundation is just the name on our letterhead. We’ve been in this part of Uttar Pradesh for a while now. Some days are more productive than others, but we keep showing up. The building has its quirks, like the stairs being a bit steep, but we don't mind. It’s a good place for us to focus on our tasks without too much distraction. Just a simple office in a simple flat. We often have a bit of chai while we sort through the mail in the mornings.
