Sarvamangal Real Estate Developers Private Limited is our little setup in Mangla Vihar. We're over in the Daheli Sujanpur part of Kanpur. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the city center. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything. It's basically a room with some files and a few desks. People around here know us as just regular folks. Real estate in Kanpur is a bit of a wild ride. Prices go up, then they stall. We just try to keep our heads down and do our jobs. We've been at M.No. 1 for a while. Usually, the neighbor’s dog is barking while we’re trying to sign contracts. It’s not professional in the way people see on TV, but it’s real. We deal with regular families mostly. People looking for a bit of land or a house they can actually afford. We don't promise anyone the moon. We just show them what we have available and tell them the truth about the drainage or the road access. Sometimes the truth isn't what people want to hear, but it saves everyone trouble later. We like Kanpur. It’s got a grit to it that we appreciate. Being a local developer means you see the same faces at the market. You can't hide if you do a bad job, so we try to do right by people and hope for the best. It's a living and we take it seriously.
